Service Description

While the MetCon & Core classes focus on fat loss, body composition and conditioning, the Strength & Performance sessions focus on lifting weights, building strength and improving performance. Limiting the number of participants/class, allows us to focus more on 1:1 attention in a group setting. Coaches make structured and adaptable programs to adjust to each individual as necessary, while over-seeing every part of the training so it’s safe, effective, challenging and fun!
