Our “metabolic resistance training” class is designed to maximize calorie burn both during and after your workouts. These classes will challenge you to give a maximum amount of effort through a series of compound movements, for short, intense, periods at a time. This results-driven, total-body workout is designed for all fitness levels to be challenged.
Small Group Strength
Our small group personal training gives our clients an affordable solution to building strength, lean muscle and performance. While the Team MRT classes focus on fat loss, body composition and conditioning, the small group strength sessions focus on lifting weights, building strength and improving performance. The groups have between 3-12 people. Coaches make structured and adaptable programs to adjust to each individual as necessary, while over-seeing every part of the training so it’s safe, effective, challenging and fun!
Semi Private training
Semi Private Training is our version of one-on-one personal training and will include both small group access and team MRT! It’s a way that we can offer the most personalized program while helping you save on the cost by sharing the time with up to 4 people. You will be working with one of our coaches exclusively and this will require some flexibility on your part, but we believe this is the best way to offer this service. We will tailor the program to your goals and coach you through it in the sessions alongside no more than 3 other clients. Who knows, you may meet your new best friends!

Jess has been in the fitness industry for over 18 years. As a certified personal trainer, strength & conditioning coach, and nutrition coach, she has worked with hundreds of clients and athletes. She is also a wife, mother to 2 fur babies, and enjoys boating, fishing, traveling, and playing pickleball in her free time. Jess provides results-driven workouts, and support to help her clients achieve their goals, in a fun, yet challenging environment.

Coach Raf has been in the Health & Fitness industry for over 20 years. Starting on the business side, then becoming a trainer and nutrition coach, he has worked with 100’s of clients and coached 1,000’s of hours of group fitness classes both in person and online. He is a husband, new dad, dog dad and loves hanging out with the fam, running and training, but coaching his clients in how to level up and finally find the results they’ve been searching for is his passion!
